I'm the face behind the donuts.

When I moved from Hamburg to Switzerland many years ago, I realized plant-based options were few and far between. So I rolled up my sleeves, perfected my brioche donut recipe and opened Switzerland’s first vegan donut shop in 2020.

Mystifry became known for long queues, late nights of frying and donuts that sold out in a flash. I'll always be proud of that origin story and what we accomplished.

The past years truly have been a wild ride – Mystifry is still here, still thriving because of you: the close-knit community that’s been cheering us on since day one. Couldn't have done it all without you.
