Our artisanal donuts are made fresh every day with lots of love in elaborate handwork. The brioche dough, glazes, fillings and toppings – everything is made from scratch.
We cut, glaze and decorate each donut by hand. In addition, the ingredients used are locally sourced and organic wherever possible. We love creating new and sometimes unusual flavours which we like to switch up regularly.

Mystifry was born from a deep passion for plant-based comfort food. We want to show you how indulgent and delicious vegan food can be and that it's not just quinoa bowls and green smoothies – we all deserve a treat once in a while!

When I moved from Hamburg to Switzerland a few years ago, I noticed the lack of vegan food and restaurants available. That's why I worked on a brioche donut recipe for several months to proof that vegan food doesn’t have to taste boring or bland at all.
2019, Mystifry’s first year, was an incredible experience with long queues, even longer nights of frying hundreds of donuts, regular sell-outs and an increasingly high demand.
